Responsibilities:

  • Gain expertise in RaisePartner software and services and translate this expertise into helpful guidance for clients and prospects
  • Research and respond to advanced optimization and Robust Risk analysis questions from clients and prospects
  • Assist clients in translating their portfolio construction strategies into RP software, while providing helpful insights into RP innovative risk analytics and optimization methods
  • Assist Sales Team members in responding to RFI/RFPs, performing product presentations and proof-of-concepts
  • Serve as an advocate for clients by submitting enhancement requests and feedback to RaisePartner product management staff
  • Provide structured and custom training for new and existing clients

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Economics
  • Demonstrated interest in capital markets and familiarity with volatility, VaR, measurement of asset performance, risk and performance modeling
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues and make clear recommendations to prospects and clients
  • Sound organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and coordinate work delivery with other teams
  • Experience with one or more of the following: MATLAB, VBA, C, C++

Project Manager – London, United Kingdom


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the project lifecycle, with "hands on" responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of the agreed and defined project deliverables, within the specified time frame, within the specified cost and to the required quality level
  • Plan and monitor the project
  • Coordinate activities with clients, internal teams and within Implementation services, tracking progress of development against plan and budget
  • Manage client's expectations and manage the communication to and from the client
  • Assess, control and manage the risks to the project, prepare mitigation and contingency plans
  • Lead, encourage and coordinate the project team
  • Generate reporting via monthly reporting, steering control meetings and ad hoc reports
  • Identify lessons learned and deliver the project closure report.

 

Desired skills and experience

 

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, IT, Engineering,..
  • Extensive project management experience in financial software or banking environment with a broad knowledge of financial instruments
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies with in-depth knowledge of at least one methodology
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with direct accountability and experience of working on more than one project at one time is desirable
  • Track record in delivering projects, which have delivered to cost, quality and timescale.
  • Ability to lead others when there is no direct line of command
  • Ability to actively oversee and manage a functional requirements
  • Understanding of technical concepts
  • Client focused orientation with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and assume customer satisfaction.

  • Well developed communication skills including report writing skills and presentation skills
  • IT literate - Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English


  • The position requires 40% travelling in the EMEA region
